    Just look at what their customer service expert tells em to do after I’ve identified that I was sent a cylinder head for a 2.4 non turbo engine when I needed the 2.0 cylinder head that was in the description of the cylinder head I bought . The pictures for the 2.0 head were for a 2.4 and that’s exactly what I got . Well, they are wholly incompatible. But this genius tried to pretend that it didn’t matter and blamed me for it, tells me to take it to a professional that they could make it work!

    We're sorry for the frustration this caused. It was never our intention to send an incompatible part. Once notified, we worked to resolve it quickly. Our supplier confirmed all internals (camshaft, valves, valve springs, guides) meet factory specs, and we’ve sold this head before for 2.0 use. Still, customer satisfaction matters most. For this reason we brought this item back and proceeded to provide you with a refund. We appreciate the feedback. Thank you :)

    UPDATE: Fantastic customer service when dealing with the issue I initially reviewed on, I will state I posted a review before giving them a chance to correct the issue and That was unprofessional of me to do. Shipping was extremely quick and instal was smoot except the timing issue we faced. However Power Engines has been very responsive and a pleasure to deal with I would definitely recommed them to anyone.
