I have to manually press the button so it can do the process. I been checking online and the on/off button should be light on. Not on this unit, so can i change for another unit or can I have a refund. But as of right now this unit is defective.

Unfortunately, when it arrived at the post office, the worker was worried about it being damaged and had already marked as such before taking it home. When I opened the package it was completely broken in half and I was devastated. However, the seller was very kind and helpful, refunded my money and I didn’t have to return it.
