    There was no communication because it was supposed to be delivered through the USPS regular mail and then through the Aquiline delivery service and then finally through Amazon which this appears to be a genuine Amazon product delivered in an Amazon package! The item appears okay sealed in a package in good condition and the value was worth it because it's a genuine replacement watch bands for my Casio. It's appearance was as advertised. The seller didn't communicate well enough.
