Upon contacting the seller and figuring out what happened; they apologized for their mistake and offer to replace the missing items or partially refund what wasn’t delivered. Obviously I wanted a replacement and they were happy enough to do that for me. It arrived by the time they said it would and am a very happy customer. Highly recommend these guys.

    Baymax Costume

    My daughter's costume is so cute. We are big fans of the movie and Baymax is bigger than life. And so is this costume. We have yet to go Trick or Treating. We are hoping it will stay inflated as many things go bump in the night. I will bring tape, lol. Just a note, it might me a bit small for 13 year olds. Gloves too small for that age. But it looks great!

    Its junk. Don't buy it.

    My kid could not use it for trick or treat because the fan that inflates it stopped working within minutes. Fan also smelt bad like it was burning out.
