This was recommended by Real Simple as great for oily combination skin. I have used it now for a few days and find that my skin has fewer blackheads. The device is small and simple. The cleanser that comes with the brush will last a long time because you only seem to need about a pea sized amount. Face felt smoother after first use than with standard washing with my hands. I did experience some slight redness after first use that went away quickly. NOT SUBMERSIBLE!! Don't pay more that five dollars total. It is a very simple device. The brush was smaller than I expected and the bristles gave the impression that they would be hard. That was not the case. The brush was about three inches in length, but it worked very well especially at getting to the harder to reach places (i.e. around the nose).
