Commitment to excellence.
I have been working out of this book for a year now. My proficiency has never been better. The references to old school artists allows the player to hear how the masters played the licks presented in this book. I guarantee if you commit yourself to practicing every day with this book you will understand more, play more proficiently, and respect jazz artists more than you would without practicing what is here. It takes courage to practice out of this book. Challenge yourself and you will not be disappointed.
