    Great upgrade

    I replaced a i5 cpu in my Dell Precision M6600 with this i7 cpu. The install was not the easiest, but doable in this notebook. The total 4 cores allowed for max ram [32 GB @ 1600 Mhz]. The cpu works as intended and makes my notebook/workstation an awesome piece of equipment. Good price, great quality. Thanks!

    Great upgrade to a stock Dell Precision M4600

    True quad core with hyperthreading for 8 threads, regularly boosts from the 2.5ghz stock clock up to 3.6ghz with proper cooling. Extremely quick when coupled with 1600 speed RAM and a good SSD. A good way to breathe life into older laptops.

    Great Performance and quality.

    Amazing upgrade to an old laptop. I also bought an SSD harddrive, which I’m sure had an impact on performance as well. However, even before I did the hard drive I did the processor and it was a noticeable difference! Video quality is also PERFECT at 4K now too. Heats up more than my old one under stress so I’d recommend ventilating well, otherwise, Love it.
