Perfect for connecting a standard size R/V propane tank to your heater, stove, lamp, whatever you use, that uses a one lb. disposable (yuck!) bottle. The fact that it is made in the USA by the heater's manufacturer ensures that you are getting a hose make with the proper, quality materials which means no filter is needed, and the fittings are safe and fit correctly. Good way to use external lo tanks
Hose is designed specifically to eliminate need for inline filte. Filter needed with standard hoses due to oils within hose that 'gasoff' and can affect performance of Buddy series heaters. Only drawback is length. Wish it was 2 to 5 feet longer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No filter needed!
