I searched for a while and this was the best value for a 24,000 unit. This thing throws ICE cold air. Using it in my garage in Sarasota Florida. Works so well my neighbors bought 1 too. Now another neighbor as well. Well worth the money. WiFi works amazing with Alexa. You’ll need the instruction manual for WiFi setup so don’t get discouraged. You do have to vac the lines. There were some issues with tracking number, I never received a valid tracking number, which made it difficult to plan around work to sign for its arrival, but the seller helped communicate when it would arrive. That was the biggest issue, and the seller was very responsive and helpful through the whole thing. The unit is way better than I thought, it arrived flawless and looks great. They told me I would have to send units back , wait during shipping , wait on new unit to be shipped and I told them that isn’t a option we have installer lined up and must have units to install . I provided all proof they asked for but no one will help me there . I had to pay to have their units repaired because they wouldn’t help me resolve. I asked for a partial refund to pay for repairs they ignoring me now .
