They just dropped the boxes on the curb. I had to carry them myself to the second floor. This does not have to do with the seller, of course.     Very happy with the quality of the rock bucket. CEVA was the logistics company that delivered it and the actual delivery to my house was excellent. However, their scheduling process caused a four day delay in delivery which required me to adjust my work schedule twice. An email sharing the process would have helped explain what was needed.
