- l***l (631)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThis coin was supposed to be PCGS graded PR70, but when I received it, it was still in it's original package from the mint. It was never even looked at by PCGS let alone graded a perfect 70. I tried messaging the seller, and got no response. The only thing that was accurate was that it is a 1986 silver eagle, but unless it was a first strike, it's probably only a 68, or 69, and not a perfect 70 as advertised, making it far less valuable. I am disappointed.
