    My engine did arrive damaged which was the fault of shipping NOT the seller. The engine is packaged reasonably as long as shipping doesn’t drop it on the ground which is my guess for what happened to mine. The seller asked a couple reasonable questions which I was able to answer and they very generously refunded me after finding out about the extent of the damage. They do only answer during one time of the day but they will answer and resolve your issue.

    I needed an extension for the handle on my Evinrude outboard. Doing a little research, I discovered this handle should work. I wasn't sure if the dimensions were correct so I called their store, speaking with the owner. He immediately picked up the handle and a tape measure to give me the exact information I needed.
