Not all cd players play cdr mixtape format correctly, it's a simple solution all you have to do is play it in another cd player. The packaging had no marks on it to indicate something hit it during shipping. I suspect it was shipped that way. So I was disappointed. I tried to contact the seller about the problem, but never received any response. I can still use the item, I don't think its damaged but I will have to find a case.
