Works, but I got headaches.
It definitely worked as far as vaginal issues, but a side effect for me was headaches. When I started taking it, I got headaches and I rarely get them.. I used the process of elimination with other medications and the only time I got one is when I took these. I took these for 2 weeks and as they may help with ph balance and freshness I had 2 bad side effects. Some probiotics can cause bloating and weight gain and these caused both for me. Everyone's body reacts differently and to be bloated and gain about 7 lbs in 2 weeks is definitely not worth it to me to keep taking these. It's been a week and my bloating has subsided and i have lost 4 of the 7 pounds. I had changed nothing in my diet which is super clean all I had done is added these. I will stick to taking boric acid suppositories every day. You can buy the veggie capsules and boric acid in bulk make them yourself and ends up costing only a few dollars a month.
