Fast shipping, I am not happy about the damage to the box. I messaged the seller about the damage. They told me to open a return after I already said I did not want to return the item. Seller should consider packing this item in a cardboard box for future orders to prevent shipping damage.

    Ashwagandha

    I’ve heard a lot of good on this product so I was really anxious to try it hut after the second dose I began to itch really bad so I had to stop. I am gonna give it another shot because of the reviews and I know my body could use its help.
