Regarding communication, I really had no direct contact with them but they are so efficient and organized that email was more than sufficient- acknowledgment of receipt of order and payment, and shipping notification. Easy peasy. Definitely would encourage anyone to deal with this seller.

I would order more from this person. Thank you for being honest and running such a nice business. eBay said a month for delivery. Seller emails and gave me correct info which stated 4 days shipping and that was exactly what happen
