Currier had delays; not sellers fault. unit i received, from bulk supply has 5 puncture spots in the light layer on the screen. In black screens, its fully visible. all other instances, they are faded. I understand the listing was a general description of "cosmetic wear" and this damage was not shown in photos for the bulk listing. Reinstalled windows 11 pro; description says clean install; looked clean. however, freezes every few minutes. tested SSD, no issues.
