"Hands down one of my favorite books of all time. OF ALL TIME...I'M OBSESSED WITH THIS BOOK AND HAVE READ IT EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE I GOT IT." - USA Today Bestseller , Natasha Madison "This is the magic of a Vi Keeland book. It's so effortlessly and compulsively readable. It feels light, and sexy and swoony and decadent. So when the rug is inevitably pulled out from under you, you're already too far gone to save your heart from the punches you know are about to rain down on it." -Bookgasms Book Blog " The Invitation is a perfect example of why I love reading romance books and getting caught up in all of the heartfelt feels and sexy fun." -Kindle Crack Book Reviews "This book touched me on so many levels, the chemistry is intense, the passion is steamy and the banter is witty. Another sure sign of a special read is when you can't stop reading but you don't want the book to end, and that's how I felt about The Invitation. I guess I do need to mention the most epic epilogue I have ever read....... it may only be the middle of January but The Invitation will be on my top reads of 2021." -Thelma and Louise Book Blog Billionaire He falls first Office romance Spicy Kismet Wedding meet-cute

Synopsis
DELUXE EDITION--featuring beautiful hot pink sprayed edges! The Hating Game meets One Plus One by JoJo Moyes in The Invitation , a slow burn, heated, emotional standalone from #1 New York Times bestseller, Vi Keeland. The first time I met Hudson Rothschild was at a wedding. I'd received an unexpected invitation to one of the swankiest venues in the city. Hudson was a groomsman and quite possibly the most gorgeous man I'd ever laid eyes on. He asked me to dance, and our chemistry was off the charts. I knew it wasn't a good idea to get involved with him, considering the wedding I was at. But our connection was intense, and I was having a great time. Though the fun came to a screeching halt when Hudson figured out I wasn't who I'd said I was. You see, that unexpected invitation I received? Well, it hadn't actually been addressed to me--it was sent to my ex-roommate who'd bounced a check for two months' rent and moved out in the middle of the night. I figured she owed me an expensive night out, but I guess, technically, I was crashing the wedding. Once caught, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. As I bolted for the door, I might've plucked a few bottles of expensive champagne off the tables I passed, all while the gorgeous, angry groomsman was hot on my tail. Outside, I jumped into a taxi. My heart ricocheted against my ribs as we drove down the block--but at least I'd escaped unscathed. Or so I thought. Until I realized I'd left my cell phone behind at the table. Take one guess who found it? This is the crazy story of how Hudson Rothschild and I met. But trust me, it's only the tip of the iceberg.

- r***g (243)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseBook was "nearly new" and "as described" in listing. The advertised price was fair and a good value. Unfortunately, the seller's shipping partner was very slow to get the book packaged and shipped. Shipping took too long, and the tracking info gave no reliable info on shipping date, time in transit or expected delivery. Seller did everything right, but their shipping partner needs improvement. I recommend this seller to other eBay buyers....... just make sure you're okay with the shipping terms.
- e***u (283)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe listing was for a hardcover version of this book; however, I received a paperback. The Seller replied quickly to my question about this issue and issued a full refund - and let me keep the book. So, a diligent Seller for sure - and well packaged and reasonable timing on shipping. Thank you for the refund, and as you suggested, I'll likely donate this volume and seek the hardcover.
- e***n (392)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseGreat transaction, exactly as described, packed well, and promptly shipped on August 6th. Unfortunately the U.S. Postal Service took 23 calendar days to deliver the book. It was shipped from Pennsylvania, to Atlanta, past Alabama to Texas, enjoyed several days in Texas, then to Minneapolis, Jacksonville, Florida, back to Atlanta, finally to Birmingham, and Huntsville. The seller was very responsive and I decided it was interesting to see if/how the book would arrive.
