    FedEx damaged it but I can tell it’s as described and seller responded quickly. It was packaged with large bubble wrap, but FedEx took it out anyway. FedEx did recommend asking for fragile labels on the packaging to help in future shipments. I blame FedEx, not the seller for the damage.

    Don't shop others, buy it!

    I've purchased 4 of these units for our workplace and they have not missed a beat. So much better than the Brother brands we replaced and no drum to go bad or replace! Would recommend this all in one to anyone...even using in a commercial environment like we do!
