Oh, well-they work and were correctly gapped out of the box, so I didn't have to fuss with them. Turned out 9-year old original plugs in Kawasaki motor were Torch anyway, so I guess they will last, although they do run slightly cold. Price not bad-slightly less than I'd pay from the local mower parts place.

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
