    I received the travel case I purchased from eBay, but it arrived without the interior roll insert, which is essential for holding the watches in place. This part was clearly expected as part of the item, and nowhere on the listing did it say the insert was missing. Frankly, I’m very disappointed. This was advertised as a complete travel case, and now I’m left with something that is basically unusable for its intended purpose. I feel misled and frustrated.
