A couple of the parts were left outside of the wrap on my porch When this part was removed from the vehicle it was damaged making installation almost impossible

Quality and condition: The part looked fine, but I ordered AWD instead of RWD. When I tried to return it and get the correct one, customer service was defensive and unhelpful, saying I’d pay shipping and only get a refund if it passed their inspection. I canceled the return. Value: $280 lost, but not worth the stress. Buyer beware of their shady business practices.

Ordered an 02-05 Ram front differential (as the listing was titled) and the seller sent an 05-10 differential. Also the differential that was sent was poorly packaged missing a stub shaft. Very disappointed, had to return and get the right part elsewhere.
