    Superb Value

    This kit is everything you need to replumb the exhaust in a larger size. The system bolts directly to the stock turbo elbow (3”).The muffler is a straight through type and suppresses the exhaust noises (combustion as well as turbo whine) but will leave enough throaty grumbling that heads will still turn. There is no catalytic converter included so if you have to have one you will need to buy one in 4” in/out. All pieces slip together easily but the hangers will require a minute or two to figure out. All said it took about two hours (fragmented) to get the system installed. I had to do a little fabrication of the factory cat which included welding. Buy with confidence.

    Does NOT fit 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L Cummins Turbo Diesel

    The down pipe is absolutely not correct for a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9L Cummins Turbo Diesel. It doesn't line up with the mid pipe properly. So unless you want run just a down pipe and nothing else, I recommend finding a different kit for a Dodge Ram with the 12 valve Cummins engine.

    5.9L Cummins exhaust

    This is a great kit. Very easy to install. The instructions indicated that I would need to make two cuts but everything fit together so perfectly that I only had to make one. The kit comes complete with enough pipe to run it straight if you choose to not install the muffler. I installed the muffler and the sound is great. Not too loud. Deep tone with good turbo whistle. Not at all loud in the cab either. The muffler is straight through and I highly doubt there would be any performance increase by eliminating it. I have over sized tires and the bends over the axle were close to the spare tire so I eliminated one of the mounts to accommodate it. The kit included everything needed even with the modification. Took only a few hours to install including removing the old exhaust. I do recommend ...

    DYI exhaust

    finally got to install my new diamond 4" exhaust. First I will say the quality of this exhaust is very good, nice heavy wall pipe and all bends are nice mandrel bent.the front turbo pipe fit without modification it is snug fit pay extra attention not to let pipe rest on chassis. the muffler sits nice between the hangers which are included in the kit with all the other hangers and standard clamps needed for installation there is nothing extra to buy. Now that said I will tell you u do need to cut some pipe so have a good sawzall blade or other metal saw avail. The forward pipe that replaces the cat needs to be cut to fit ( you have to measure for your needs), also need to cut the forward tail pipe. Tail pipe comes in two pieces which I feel makes more work but thats me. Also I had to add a ...

    Old Muffler Man

    I did exhaust work for many years,and I was amazed at how well everything fit. The hangers were perfect. I had to increase the size of one hole that already in the frame for the rear hanger. I had to make one cut on the exhaust pipe,and one cut on the front of the tail pipe.That was it. I did it with the truck on the ground in my driveway. I picked up two pounds of boost on the turbo, and added 200 rpm to the power and. I couldn't be happier
