    Too Flimsy

    The functionality is missing. The dimpled fingers that hold the paper tube is way too short and too rounded. The dimple has to be deeper into the paper roll tube to hold while pulling on the paper sheet as it tears from the roll. the metal and springs are sturdy for household use, but the holder just doesn't hold the paper roll while removing a sheet. The old plastic one had dimples of 1/2" to hold the tube.

    Change my Ming

    I don’t get it, this thing is pretty well made not bad but when you put a roll on and grab a sheet the roll goes flying out of the thing every time. Don’t they consumer test anymore, the cheap plastic one for my kitchen works better

    NO GOOD

    I bought this paper towel holder because my old plastic one broke thinking the metal would be better then we received it we put it on and everytime we grab a paper towel the whole roll falls out if the cabinet doors shakes a little whole roll falls down this is not a very good setup I would not buy this I would buy one of those cheap plastic ones they work better

    Still waiting

    Ordered this a week ago from about 125 miles down the road and still not here. I ordered items a day after this from the middle of the country and got those items last week. Slow shipping and really slow shipper. Good price but be prepared to wait a long time to get it.
