    Item was incomplete. It was missing one of the wiring plugs for the output to the fan. Seller was a bit hard to work with and tried to blame me for the problem. Had to get eBay involved to get return/refund. Notice in the picture there is only one plug and there should be two. As shipped it is totally useless.
