The handheld itself came in excellent condition, with all the paperwork and accessories included. There are some (almost invisible) scratches on the bottom and on one of the metal pads near the power socket as well. I assume those are the traces of checking the device before sending it out. Did not matter for me, though. All in all, great seller, fair trade, excellent communication. Would recommend!
