    Great features, easy to use

    Not my first Flexbrew but glad I decided to get one with the option of being able to make a single serve or multiple cups when the occasion arrives! The single serve cup size option is great for my different sized hot/cold cups for on the go.

    If you want a good coffee pot, buy this one.

    We like the product. However, the first one we received failed to make single cups the first day. Hamilton Beach was great to work with. They sent us a free replacement right away. Told us to dispose of the first defective unit. We made many pots of coffee and love both the single serve and 12 cup. It's nice to not have to have two coffee pots on the counter.
