Kind of the difference of going from 315lbs bench press to 495lbs. If you have never used a power twister before I woul recommend a light warm up, working set, and goal twister buy 3, I own 10. The higher kg twisters put a lot of stress on your wrists and elbows but is necessary if you want to be good at martial arts arm wrestling boxing etc.
