    well, they don't really fit the glass holes too good. the flat head bolt it comes with has this tiny weird rubberish bushing that does nothing. I bought flat rubber washers to put on the glass side (2 on each bolt) and took that weird rubber bushing off and she snugged up really good. window works perfect now.
