My issue is that the seller asked how the item should be shipped and provided rates for different options. I explicitly selected UPS because the postal service does not deliver to my area, but UPS does. The seller shipped the package through the postal service anyway! It was lost for several weeks. Only in that I footnoted my PO Box did it eventually find me.
