    The CD I received was cracked. The plastic cover was covered in very thin bubble wrap. Either way, they sent me a cracked CD, or it broke in transit because they didn't properly protect it. Either way, it's his fault. After I started the return process, he started texting me. I tried to be polite, but he started slandering and threatening me. He constantly harassed me with dozens of messages and ruined my day.
