I returned another just like this one due to its unacceptable condition. I guess that is a side effect of buying vachetta leather. There will be flaws. This bag is much better than the last one I returned but I am not sure I will keep it because of the risk of easily scratching it up. Not the seller's fault at all, just the type of leather it is. I very highly recommend the seller!

The purse arrived in an open box with the tape only stuck on one side along with one corner of the box completely ripped open from top to bottom. I could hardly believe there was a purse inside! So packaging was not so great.
