    We reshipped the replacement parts to him, but typhoon weather caused delays in delivery. He eventually received the package, resolving his issue. He refused to return our package and left negative feedback. We proactively addressed the problem and offered alternative solutions, all of which he accepted. After we issued a partial refund, he began to backtrack. He is a fraudster who only seeks to deceive us for money and fails to honor his commitments.
