    Still better than phones

    I got it for possible astronomy uses (for its extremely high pixel density), but found it a great daytime pocket camera. Well not quite “pocket” like a phone, but almost as easy to carry around for quick shots, and far superior as of photographic finesse and output qualities. Not much good for bokeh though. The good side of that is big fat focus depth all the time. Battery is out too fast (could be that this used one is too used.)

    teeny smile!

    One of the best cameras i've ever purchased. really great images. it's easy to use, and fairly fast, considering when it was made. be prepared though to spend lots of money on the lenses made specifically for this camera. there are lens adapters so you can use other camera lenses. also, if you have big hands, it might not be for you since it's a really tiny camera with teeny buttons. it's almost the size of a pack of cigarettes. definitely fun to use.

    Affordable back up camera body

    Very sad to see the Pentax Q line discontinued. They take great pictures using the better lenses (as opposed to the "toy" lenses).. The Q7 is an earlier version of the QS1 and nearly identical but used ones cost much less. I grabbed this extra body because it won't be long before they're no longer available at any price.

    A little camera that makes taking pictures easy and fun!
