    Why use charcoal when you can use this instead?

    Stop buying charcoal and start using this instead. Most of us who use ChemiPure also use Purigen. While you will need to replace this stuff about every 3 or 4 months, Purigen can be "resurrected" using bleach. Definitely cost effective. Superior water polishing, as well as nitrate / phosphate control. Good stuff.

    Great prouduct

    This is a great product! Last for 3 months. Has different compounds to make the water so clear. I get complements every time someone comes over. With having a big tank 3 months before I clean the filter and tank makes a world of difference. Highly recommended

    I believe Chemi-pure Elite does work I have been using 4 bags every 3 months for over a year I do use GFO bag and bead reactor I also use a small skimmer on the 100 gal tank I do use a large skimmer in my reef Water chemistry is excellent
