    You cannot beat the service of this company . And the tie rods are a huge upgrade!!!! I have some older an arms that I didn’t know the length . But I ordered the wrong ones. Completely my fault . But I reached out to Katie she was very understanding and responsive. She also helped me to determine what length I needed from pictures I sent of my set up.     Had an issue with their tie rods they had shipped item with unmatched ends and I couldn't thread the opposite end into the rod due to the threading being right hand instead of left. Reached out multiple times with no response and they just refunded my money rather then deal with me. Then I attempted to purchase the end required to finish the installation only to discover they blocked me from making purchases or bids on the items. That's just bad service all around.
