The package I shipped was well within the bounds of ebay standard envelope requirements. Unfortunately, a lot of postal workers get confused by these and think that they are not machineable, when in fact they are. If USPS delivers the envelopes and asks for more money, you do not need to pay it. If they ask for more postage, you can refuse and they will get sent back to me.
