I bought 3 of these, and they arrived damaged due to shipping (they rubbed against each other and tore components off the board). Two of them still worked at the full 10Gb but one only got 6.5Gb. I informed the seller, and they sent a replacement for the slow one, this time packaged better. The replacement was DOA. They sent another replacement, and this time it works but still doesn't get anywhere close to 10Gb. I have given up.
