    Scam Alert ! please avoid any business with this seller, he is a rude scammer! We bought two Verizon routers from the seller which were listed as 'brand new' but they sent us two defective and used routers without the box or any accessories and when we reached out to them to return or refund the items he is using a very unprofessional and aggressive language and is refusing to return of refund the defective items. We have already escalated the case with eBay & reported him as a scammer!
