The seller said in the description that these were clear containers, but they are not. They are smoky brown plastic and not clear. His pictures made them appear like they could be clear against a dark background. So I’m disappointed about that, but the product arrived safely and quickly and I will use it. You just cannot see what is inside as well with the dark smoky color. I would still buy from this seller again and just ask questions.

Great product for budding scientist and enthusiast!
This is a brilliant piece of equipment for the price. While it may not give you the highest resolution and even some sketchy images when using the highest zoom angles, it's still a great piece of equipment. As I do some plant/insect/foreign material investigations as a side hobby with my wildlife photography, this set up has left me with some very cool materials to view and work with. Great for identification, observations, and other science-esque projects, I would highly recommend this setup for anyone looking for a starter-type microscope or a step-up from one of the 6-year-old and up type, simple resolution microscopes. As an owner of both the microscope and a Celestron Telescope, I must say, these guys give you a lot of bang for very little buck. :)This is a brilliant piece of equipment for the price. Works good for viewing on the computer
I thought I was going to send this back at first when I tried looking through the eyepiece. Not good for that at all. But it redeemed itself when I hooked it into the computer. For the price it does a decent job!
