First time product was damaged during shipping causing a delay of two weeks before seller even told us that package was damaged. Requested refund and reordered bed only to be told by seller that product is delayed again due bed packaging not ready to ship and they don’t know when it will ship. I request another refund, got it and purchased from another seller.
