For starters tracking info was never updated I had to ask for it. Secondly the packaging to the toy was completely damaged and the toy was scratched. As if it had been opened and played with already before which was never stated. The shipping package was fine so I know it didn’t happen during shipping. This was my son’s birthday present but how I can let him open it to this? And these toys aren’t cheap. I never write bad reviews but everyone needs to know to not buy from this seller. Never again

Seller shipped figure in an envelope, no protection of any kind for figure. Figure box was very damaged. I contacted seller and they said they don’t do returns and damage isn’t bad. I see I’m not the only one having problems with this seller. I would avoid at all costs

A little disappointed, one of the hands popped free and is loose in package. I'm assuming it was no fault of seller, I don't recall anything mentioned in description, suppose it could have occurred while shipping. I collect new sealed items, so it's kind of a bummer.
