Item arrived covered in animal hair, which was not in the description at all.
Also, before paying full asking price, seller and i agreed that item would be shipped via USPS Priority. Seller shipped via slower shipping service without any communication. Seller communication is lacking during return/reimbursement process entirely.
If their item description is brief - it may be incomplete.
In their defense, seller was willing to accept return for full refund, just was not clear about the process
