This product didnt make me a superman, it doesnt do that. It simply provides your body with help to do a better job. if anyone tells you they became superman, Id run the other way. I liked this product due to needing to take only one per day, rather than 4 or 5. pill size is good and the fact you get 34 strains of helpful gut bacteria is a plus.
