Seller stated the hard drive was "Brand New - Open Box. As it turns out the hard drive is over 4 years old. When I tried to access the hard drive, I found that it was in fact, encrypted and locked. Having a state of encrypted and locked proves the hard drive was in fact Used and not Brand New as stated. When I presented these facts to the seller he stated "I haven't used this hard drive since I bought it, so I thought it was new!"
