The description indicated that parts were missing from a grinder, but that it ran prior to disassembly. So, I bought the grinder and sourced the missing parts from other Ebayers. After two weeks the seller finally shipped the grinder. I removed the end-bell only to find that the windings were completely burned and shorted together (pic). It would be physically impossible for this grinder to have run prior to shipment. The seller misrepresented the item. Have filed a complaint with Ebay.

Seller didn’t ship, nor issue a refund. Had to go through eBay in order to get my money back even after I was told by the seller several days before that they would refund me. Delay in shipping cost me several days of driving thanks to having no brake light. Luckily I found another, from a different seller.

While we are pleased with the item and pleased with the seller for negotiating on the price, there was a delay in shipping for which the seller did apologize after I sent multiple messages to seller asking if the package had been picked up as FedEx indicated label was created but package wasn't in their position for 5 or 6 days later. we were disappointed in how a heavy, yet fragile item was poorly packaged.
