Worhthless piece of junk.....Rip off....DON'T BUY.......
The problem is its sooooo slow. It take forever to toast. Even at the highest level (7) I have to complete a cycle almost twice to toast a muffin or be gal. Bread is a little better, but still much slower than my old toaster. I would have sent it back but the box was accidently sent out in the garbage. Very disappointed.

waste if money
This is the worst toaster - what a waste of money. Only toast half a muffin at a time and then even on the highest number it must have 2 rounds to get any worthwhile toast. I have had it since February however we have been away until the last several weeks so I couldn't review. Very dissapointing purchase.
