I am very happy w/product, it fits perfectly on my counter where I need it and keeps the hot water hot for at least 12 hours (I don't have access to hot water in my kitchen/this is my way around it so I can wash dishes); also, seller was very supportive when I asked for extra measurements (needed to know in order to make sure item was a good fit for my situation) and very communicative in general; I would recommend buying from them and would do so again if the need arises; thank you so much!

The item was new, delivery was fast, communication with Fern is very good, and the customer service is excellent.
The T862++ is not what I was lead to believe it would be. The bulb reflector coating is falling apart after two uses. The lamp temperature control is open loop, so no actual temperature measurement, but it has some sort of on/off control, and phase intensity control combined. It uses a 150W, 15V lamp. The filament that the lamp has is not what a bulb manufacturer recommends.
