This seller does not care about the customer at all. Took a week to take the item to UPS. Ignored my email about late shipping. Used USPS Medium Flat Rate boxes taped together to send item UPS. No packing or protection of item in the box. Shop here at your own risk folks and do not expect great customer service as my experience was not great.

Item was listed as new, but was opened. It did look like it had never been used, but should have been listed as open box, not new. Otherwise, the modem works great and the seller saved me over $40 all in versus buying it new from Amazon. A great deal, and would definitely buy from this seller again without hesitation.
