When I realized seller was using Aquiline, I ask for a refund before it was ever shipped, but NO communication at all from seller when I ask

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SELLER ! Two faucet sprayers ($49.61) were ordered on Oct 17th. Items weren't shown as shipped until Oct 26th ! When I received the package, one of the two sprayers was missing. I immediately let the seller know. They acknowledged receiving my email, and then basically ignored all of my following emails. I contacted Ebay. They contracted the seller, but I still heard nothing back from the seller.
